We proudly completed reading (and documenting) 1000 books with E before he started kindergarten! When our library started this program we had about 10 months to read before E started kindergarten and we did it. Reading with my boys, going to the libary, checking out lots of books, and participating in every library class we could, has always been a huge priority and joy for me as a Mom. Years from now I hope the boys will love the memories of time spent together behind books as much as I will!
