this one wasn't very round

Lefse was always a favorite Norwegian treat in my house growing up. Although I've watched my Mom make it many times I had never made it myself. So I decided to get a Lefse lesson from my parents this winter. They brought me an old Lefse griddle that belonged to my Great Aunt many years ago. Dad cleaned it up and it worked like a charm. I successfully made my first batch, but still need a lot of practice to get my Lefse rounder and thinner, but overall my first Lefse turned out pretty well. C even ate some as an after school snack.
