On Friday we headed back to FL for a little vacation. D loves an opportunity to go back and teach firearms classes with his old business partner Michael. C and I hopped on the plane with him this time so we could visit friends and have some fun. We spent the weekend with our friends the Koenigs and had so much fun! While the guys were teaching on Sat., we headed to Daytona Beach so C could hang ten. Sunday we reunited with friends at our old church. On Monday we headed to Orlando and were able to stay next to downtown Disney at a hotel (for free thanks to all of D's work travel) and enjoy the pool, shops, and restaurants. On Tuesday we went to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park. It was the last attraction in Orlando for me to check off my list. I have officially seen it all! We had so much fun and were so glad our friends could join us. I didn't bring the camera, but the park was a blast. It was a sad day Wed.to head back to NY, but here we are back in reality. I must admit that it still feels like FL should be my home.....maybe one day again.
