time to free the toys

We had a very low key Christmas at our house this year, just the three of us. We are expecting family to arrive after our little boy joins us in Feb. so it wasn't as practical to be with family this year. It was a little unusual for us to have church on Christmas morning this year as we usually have a Christmas Eve service and are free to lounge around on Christmas morning. C was able to enjoy a few stocking stuffers and then reluctantly got dressed up and headed to church with us. It was great to be with our NY family worshiping our Savior on His Birthday. We had plenty of time the rest of the day to unwrap the goodies and even unwrapped some via Skype with family. We have certainly had a year filled with changes, blessings, and our Lord's mighty presence with us through it all.
