Memorial Day

C and I parked ourselves in front of the church that he attends preschool at and waited for the fun to begin.

We love living in the land of the free and the home of the brave! Memorial Day is such a great day to celebrate our freedom while remembering those who served and currently serve. Especially remembering those who gave their all for this country.
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13
In keeping with tradition, C and I headed down town to enjoy our towns parade. I love this all American tradition and so does C. His favorite parts were the firetrucks, classic cars, sheriff motorcycles, and of course the marching band (drum section in particular). After the parade we headed home to find an exhausted little E after spending time with his Daddy. Guess they were doing some Army training while we were away!
