tough guy

Last week our church held VBS. It was a family affair for the Loyds as D took mornings off from work so he could co-lead the morning skit each day, I helped out in C's class, C attended, and E was loved on by the ladies. It was super fun except the moment on the first day during recreation time when C hit the concrete face first. There were tears, but I was shocked how quickly he recovered and rejoined the group. He loved so much about VBS, but really loved memorizing the scripture verses, line dancing to the theme song, and dressing up like a king during free time.
