There is an amazing little beach in Southampton called Shinnecock Beach. It's a little stretch of beautiful beach that people can pull their campers onto and camp. We were fortunate enough to have friends camping there this summer so by invitation we were able to spend a couple of days on the beach with friends enjoying the clear water and not overcrowded beach, which is hard to find on L.I. C loved spending time in the water and was riding his little boogie board like a pro by day number 2. E was quite a fan of the beach as well and didn't seem to mind the sand in his toes.
