SeaWorld Spooktacular

Striking a spider man pose.

C got to decorate his own cookie! No, I didn't let him eat the whole thing.

On Sat. C and I decided to take advantage of our annual passes and spent a few hours at Sea World taking in their Spooktacular event. Dave was home for the weekend (his last before he leaves for SC), but he was teaching for his "old" firearms business that afternoon. Seems he just can't let it go. C forgot all about his Daddy while ripping around Sea World as spider man, his beloved costume he picked out at Target all by himself this year. We won't be home for Halloween since we will be at Dave's graduation so this opportunity was perfect for C to wear his costume and have fun. It was super hot and he was sweating like crazy, but he didn't want to take it off! As usual we rode the shamu roller coaster several times (C's favorite) and an added new twist was that C was totally into their playground area that has nets and obstacles SUPER high in the air. It's crazy! I was stressing on the ground just trying to keep him in sight amidst all the kids and tunnels. We had a lot of fun in 4 hours!

  1. C makes a very cute Spiderman!! Ryan is terrified of Spiderman...we have some "hand me down" shirts from our nephews that have Spiderman on them, and Ryan doesn't even want them in his room! Too funny!!
